At Pramila, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pramila account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
